Communication boundary

To maintain absolute operational focus on our active building sites, all standard consultation and reporting takes place between 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday. We do not operate a 24/7 ad-hoc helpline. Any out-of-hours communication requested outside the scheduled framework is subject to a dedicated advisory tariff of €350 + VAT per intervention.

Project fit

We work on renovations and new builds with a construction budget of €300,000 and above, across South County Dublin, wider Dublin and North Wicklow.

The consultant is not a statutory Assigned Certifier, Chartered Structural Engineer or Registered Architect, and does not provide statutory building control sign-offs (BCAR) or site health and safety management (PSDP/PSCS). Full contractual, operational, structural and workplace safety liability remains solely with the client's appointed Main Building Contractor.
