How we vet trades.

Every trade in the directory carries one of three labels. Here's exactly what each one means.

Vetted by Sam

Vetted

Sam has checked this trade himself. [How: for example, seen their finished work, worked alongside them, checked their insurance.]

Reviewed

We have checked [their insurance and registration], but Sam hasn't seen their work yet.

Unverified

Listed, but not checked yet. Ask for references before you hire.

Trades can't pay to be vetted, and a vetted label can be taken away.
Reviews come from people who hired the trade. We only remove personal details or abuse.
