Once concrete is poured, structural steel is bolted and plasterboard is skimmed, correcting a builder's error stops being a conversation and becomes a financial event.
Our service is built on a single principle: intercepting errors before they become your reality. Engage us before you sign a contract, or at the very start of the build, and we find the commercial gaps and structural anomalies while they are still cheap to fix.

A smarter way to fund site protection
Your architect designs. We watch the build.
Many homeowners pay percentage-based fees to architects for ongoing site administration and builder management. Your architect is at their best doing what they trained for: design, and the final statutory sign-offs under BCAR.
Site visits in that model tend to happen monthly. A great deal can be built, and covered up, in four weeks. Our weekly quality checks close that window, significantly lowering the risk carried by your home.
Every visit becomes part of a visual history file: evidence of workmanship your architect or design team can rely on when it is time to sign off.

Billed directly to you. We act as your independent shield on the ground, delivering weekly visual reports to you and your architect's reference file. Your architect remains the sole statutory authority for final sign-off.

Studio Eyes and Ears
Architect-paid
Billed directly to the practice. We act as your sub-consultant on site, executing the time-consuming weekly tracking and evidence gathering so you can protect your liability and reclaim your studio's hours. Certification stays entirely in your hands.

Having been project managers ourselves, we know the job, and we will not be doing it on your build. Daily site operations, scheduling and material ordering stay solely with your main contractor.
We have no skin in the game. We do not run schedules and we do not order items. We operate strictly as an independent, point-in-time oversight service. We are not there to cause friction or hinder progress. We are there to see clearly.
