Two hiring routes
Hiring route A
Client-paid
Billed directly to you. We act as your independent shield on the ground, delivering weekly visual reports to you and your architect's reference file. Your architect remains the sole statutory authority for final sign-off.
Hiring route B
Architect-paid
Billed directly to the practice. We act as your sub-consultant on site, executing the time-consuming weekly tracking and evidence gathering so you can protect your liability and reclaim your studio's hours. Certification stays entirely in your hands.
The flat-fee menu
A forensic desktop review of up to three builder quotations against your drawings and specification. We flag hidden exclusions, artificial allowances, provisional sums and pricing gaps before they become variations on site.

A recurring weekly one-hour forensic site walk throughout the active construction phase. We check structural alignments, build-ups, bespoke joinery grounds and finishes, and resolve defects face to face with your builder. Every visit produces a photographic report in your portal, with each snag tracked until it is closed.

per four-week cycle, + VAT, billed in advance
A single, intensive physical inspection at a critical project milestone: waterproofing and tanking, steel before it is boxed in, insulation and airtightness before plasterboard. The last chance to see the work before it disappears.

per visit, + VAT
A specialised intervention when a critical problem or dispute has arisen between owner, architect and builder. A physical site evaluation and an independent, trade-qualified expert opinion report to break the deadlock and get the build moving.

A microscopic close-out inspection at practical completion to protect your final retention funds. You receive an itemised master snagging list with annotated photography, issued directly to the contractor and tracked in your portal until every item is signed off.
